Steps to Request Account Deletion

1. Log in to your Devn account on the mobile app or website.

2. Navigate to Settings > Privacy & Security > Delete Account.

3. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your request.

4. You will receive an email confirmation. Click the provided link to verify your deletion request.

5. Alternatively, you can send an email to tech@devn.app with the subject "Account Deletion Request", including your registered email address.

 

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

• Deleted: Your personal identification information (name, email, phone number), financial data, and usage history will be permanently erased from our systems.

• Retained for Legal Purposes: Certain transaction records and payment details may be retained for legal, regulatory, or fraud prevention purposes, as required by law.

• Processing Time: Account deletion requests are processed within 14 business days.
