Steps to Request Account Deletion

Log in to your Devn account on the mobile app or website.

Navigate to Settings > Privacy & Security > Delete Account.

Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your request.

You will receive an email confirmation. Click the provided link to verify your deletion request.

Alternatively, you can send an email to tech@devn.app with the subject "Account Deletion Request", including your registered email address.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

Deleted: Your personal identification information (name, email, phone number), financial data, and usage history will be permanently erased from our systems.

Retained for Legal Purposes: Certain transaction records and payment details may be retained for legal, regulatory, or fraud prevention purposes, as required by law.

Processing Time: Account deletion requests are processed within 14 business days.
